Carolina is a wonderful caregiver. You will find her to be engaged, thoughtful, caring, and knowledgable. She came to work with our toddler (2yo at the time) and has been with us for almost a year. She planned a routine for their time together--usually a walk and/or the park, then home for snack and play in the yard, finally lunch and down for a nap. Carolina is great about debriefing before she leaves so that we are all on the same page about how to work with our little guy as he develops. She even helped potty train him! I don't know what we would have done without her, since we've been working from home. Our toddler is going to preschool full-time this fall and we are sad to have only occasional time with her after the summer. I recommend her highly.

Carolina was a wonderful sitter and friend to me and my son. We would still have her now as a nanny if it weren't for financial hardship. She came to us during a hard time and was very supportive and comforting. My son loved her and me as well. She was a great reader and singer for my son and had baby knowledge to help me along as a first time mother. She was also there for me during stressful and emotionally hard situations and became an ally.

Carol has been a nanny to my little girl Samantha since she was 4.5 months old to 8 months old. We are moving to the OC and our biggest regret is losing Carol. Samantha adores her! Carol is great with doing everything I ask her to do and as a new mom I feel 100% that my baby is in good hands. I would recommend Carol to anyone...I know there are only 5 stars but if I could I'd give her 10...the best nanny hands down!

Carol is wonderful. She took care of my almost 3 month old son. She was extremely kind, gentle, and professional. She is truly a natural and was able to easily calm my son and engage him.

Carol has been a wonderful babysitter for my 1yo boy! She's sweet and loving with him, and I feel totally comfortable leaving him with her. She puts him down for a nap, gives him lunch, plays with him, puts him on the potty, goes on walks around the block, cleans up, and she's just so reliable and kind. I've been so grateful for her help! I am almost finished with a huge writing project, and I couldn't have done it without her. She also has two lovely teenage daughters!

Carol is such a wonderful babysitter! I feel so comfortable leaving my 1yo baby boy with her. He loves her, and is very happy playing with her. She's sweet and loving, and reads to him, sings to him, plays in the back yard, feeds him, puts him down for naps, takes him for walks, and generally makes him very happy. I often work from home so I know just how content and relaxed he is around her. She also helps me with laundry and picking up the house, which is just amazing. I'm finishing a huge writing project and wouldn't have been able to do it without her! I'm just so glad we found each other! She also has two very sweet teenage girls.
