I have been a caretaker for multiple families for over 10 years. The age ranges I have experience with are from newborn to 13 years. I have worked with numerous infants and toddlers(including preemies, twins and special needs), and know all the developmental milestones and will work with your baby to help him/her reach them. I also have experience with very premature and special needs infants. I am a big advocate for language development, as I studied speech-language pathology, so I will definitely encourage cooing, babbling, learning new words, creating sentences, and using proper grammar depending on the age! I like to keep play areas and children’s rooms tidy and organized and am happy to do laundry and other tasks that are needed! I do professional organizing as well! On the personal side, I got married in 2021 and subsequently moved from Orange County to Missouri. But we missed our Read more family and friends (and the weather!) so we moved back at the end of march. While living there, I worked with a family who have twin girls (one of which has Down syndrome). I started when they were 4 weeks up until they were 17 months. I learned a lot about special needs medical care as the baby with Down syndrome had various medical conditions.
