Laura is AMAZING !!! She came in as a babysitter to watch my family ( 3 boys and a shy dog) when I needed a break. They fell in love with her! She was interactive, loved to play games and has the most wonderful heart!!! My boys loved playing with her. When she would leave, they would always ask me when she was coming back to play. She is a treasure !!! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Laura has been helping to care for our daughter (who was born in August 09) on a regular basis since we first met her. Laura is a natural with children of all ages. Our daughter took immediately to Laura (which was astounding since we were dealing with a bit of separation anxiety when we first met Laura, but Laura knew just what to do to reassure our daughter and make her feel comfortable and confident!). Our daughter lights up when she is with Laura. We know without any doubt that children under Laura’s care will be safe, well taken care of, actively played and interacted with, and loved. She is so much more than a “babysitter” and is a very rare find. Laura is the first (and only) caretaker we have ever had that we are 100% comfortable and confident leaving our daughter with. Laura is extremely reliable, excellent with maintaining consistency with a family’s parenting philosophies, energetic, and creative (especially when coming up with ways to educate children in a fun way). Laura’s healthy and active personal lifestyle is an added plus! Laura’s extensive experience and the long term relationships she has with the families she works with speak for itself, and we hope to be one of the lucky families that have her in our lives for a long, long time.

Laura is just a over all wonderful person, My Husband & I feel so blessed to have found her. We feel very much at ease when we go out & she watches our 2 daughters. Her experience with children is such a comforting feeling. She is Fit & a Heathy person, which is a big plus for me. Our Girls just Love her. Laura is great! She is very sweet, helpful, gentle, but also disciplined and determined. She knows what she is doing and can handle any situation with your child. She cares for kids very much, and is very sensible of their needs, and loving. She can also be strict, but at the same time very fair, when needed. Being a single mom, I love the fact that Laura can share her years of experience and knowledge with me, and gives me tips when I have troubles with my two year old who is acting up his terrible two's at times. He is a sweet boy though, and adores Laura. He loves that she takes him to the park, plays with him and reads to him etc. But he also knows that he can't get away with his little tricks when she is around, and therefore, also respects her a lot. They have a great time together!

Laura is EXCELLENT!! She is a literally a miracle worker with getting our 6 year old son to work on reading and math, who would do ANYTHING to avoid doing his homework. She is very disciplined, yet very kind, sweet, and gentle. She has been our son's regular tutor for a few months now (and still ongoing for as long as we can have her). She also occasionally babysits both of our children (6 yo and 6 month old infant) when we want a night out. When we come home, the kids were fed, in bed, after playing lots of games, and the house is cleaned up. We call her the child whisperer.

If there was a 10 star rating, Laura would have it! I have a 15 month old daughter who has never had a baby sitter. She went right to Laura, no problem. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful sitter. We are looking forward to having her sit for us a couple of times a week. She is great!
