Hi! My name is Kennia & I am 29 years old. I started working in the Children’s ministry at church when I was 13. I worked with the infants & eventually moved up to teaching in the toddlers class all the way to the youth group. Throughout that time & even until now, I would constantly babysit & nanny for different families. My first job was with the boys and girls club & then moved on to working at a high school. I have lived with roommates for years now & the past 3 that I had all got pregnant while I was living with them so for the first few years I was there helping them after work & babysitting for date nights. Every child I worked with became family. There is a special bond I create with kids that parents love . I honestly love kids, every age; Read more they are all so fun and special & I find it so rewarding. I got married & moved to Oceanside with my husband who is stationed in CP. I would absolutely love to work with you & your kiddos. I have such a passion for them. I am responsible, loving, kind, creative, attentive & you won’t regret it. I am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified for infant, child, & adult. I have an Associate’s in Psychology & have taken a few child development courses but am looking into going more into that field. I have my own transportation, clean driving record & background check, I am drug free & smoke free & rarely drink. I also like cleaning so I can definitely help you with that as well. I’ve helped homeschool a few kids as well so I can definitely help with homework if needed. I’m hoping we can work together, chat soon !
