Hi there! My name is Iris. I was raised by a mother who has 30 years caring for children, and I must say that I learned a lot from her. My experience with child care began with some nights and weekend sitting. I have assisted in caring for a 2-week-old with health issues, and on my own have cared for children 2 and up. I have worked with a family of three children (ages 2 to 9) I love to teach children and do my best to keep engaged to expand their learning abilities. Music, art, history, and sports as well as everyday things. I think it is important for them to be able to feel free to communicate what they feel and think to adults around them so they can be helped in the best way possible. Being a shy child myself I see the importance of teaching children Read more to value themselves and teaching them to speak up and become their own advocate. Please take a look at my profile and contact me if you are willing to know more.
