Hi my name is Noor Basha, I am a current college student at Saddleback College majoring in child behavioural science. I basically grew up in a home daycare( Montessori horizon), which by default became my first job 5 years ago. Taking this responsibility from such a young age made child care a prominent skill in my life. Not only was it a prominent skill, but being raised in a Montessori environment made child care enjoyable and something that came naturally to me. After years of experience, babysitting became more of a hobby rather than a chore in my day to day life. Although working in a daycare was my first and most long lasting job, I partook and dabbled in quite a few work environments such as Starbucks Coffeehouse and La Fitness. My most recent job was working as a behavioural aide at Maxim Healthcare, where my main responsibilities were Read more to address behaviour management and supporting the emotional and social needs of special ed students. Giving academic support and implementing behavioural improvements also built on to my child care experience at Montessori Horizon. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to meet and become a valued member of new families, establishing positive connections with your children! :)
