In late fall 2017, I started a job in Portland, OR, so I moved by myself to an efficiency apartment near my new job. My wife stayed in Corvallis pursuing her doctorate and caring for our one-year-old daughter mostly by herself. We met Brianne in January 2018 after my wife realized she desperately needed help. Brianne was a lifesaver. Brianne is extremely punctual, responsible, and caring. She replies quickly to text messages and always gives ample warning time when unavailable or when she must attend to something unexpected. She is also willing to work early mornings and late evenings. My wife woke up sick a couple of times and Brianne showed up to our house as early as 6AM to tend to our baby girl while my wife rested an hour or two more. Brianne also brought gifts for our daughter on several occasions and she always chose toys our daughter enjoyed thoroughly. Brianne was very considerate to our daughter developmental needs but she also enforced caring discipline when necessary. I am still working in PDX and my wife is still pursuing her PhD, so in June 2018 we moved to Salem. We missed Brianne dearly and would love to have her in Salem as our main babysitter. She still babysits our daughter on evenings when my wife has to work or network late. She usually babysits our daughter at a park or at the local indoor bounce house.
