Hi! My name is Madison Cole. I am currently a junior at CSU Long Beach studying psychology, as I hope to become an elementary teacher. I grew up in the Bay Area but love it down here. I graduated from Diablo Valley Community college in May 2021 and got my AA degree in Psychology. I have been working with children since I was 15. I spent two years as a swim coach, and for the second year I was chosen to be the head of the minis program. I also spent two years volunteering as a Sunday school teacher at a local church where I am from. I taught the three’s and four’s class with my mom. I have had a lot of hands-on experience with many different kids of all ages. I recently held a nanny position with the same family for three years, which unfortunately had to end Read more because of my move for school. I have babysat for all ages, from one month old to fourteen years old. I feel very confident in my ability to care and support children. As a psychology major, I have taken multiple classes focused on the social, mental, and emotional development of children. I can not only entertain and be a friend to your child, but provide a deeper sense of care and understanding that will promote healthy growth. A little bit about me… A few of my hobbies include playing and/or watching sports such as soccer and basketball, playing board games, swimming, playings with dogs (which I love!), reading psychological thrillers, and going out to eat with my friends. I am very close with my family and spend a lot of my time with them. Thank you!
