I started working with children during my high school years. I would babysit family friends as well as my siblings. However I didn’t began working for an actual setting 2 years after I graduated. I graduated in 2014 and began this journey in 2016. I first started at a daycare and moved my way up to a preschool. I first started as a preschool teacher at the school and then after became a prek teacher for about 5 years. I have plenty of experience with working with children. I’m familiar with how school based curriculums runs, lesson plans, circle time, nap time, you name it I’ve done it all. I’ve also had experience working for social services and I can tell you my heart will always be working alongside children. I’m CPR and first aid trained. I have numerous certifications in early childhood education. I also obtain an AA.
