Hello my name is Kassandra. I have been working with children for about 8-9 years. I started when I was 14 baby sitting. I always knew I enjoyed creating a safe and loving environment for children. By the time I was 17, I graduated high school and got a job at the city which my responsibilities with children were working an after school program. A year and half later I began running the program up to 110 kids in our after school program. It was my desire and passion to ensure the safety and well being of the children to also make sure the kids were having a fun time, creating bonds allowing children to get comfortable and having someone to express themselves to and make sure problems were resolved. In the city we also had programs and events for children that I would take a big part of. Our Read more most popular programs were our summer/ winter camps. Which included myself or with a partner about 10-20 children a group of different ages. To amusement parks, theaters, beaches, and public swimming pools. We would also be at park daily creating a fun schedule for the children by the end of the week the children would perform a skit for the parents that were created by the children and assisted by us. One of my favorite programs we had was working with the pre-schools. I would assist the teacher with any help needed, play outside with the children, providing snack, and creating crafts. After schools were closed down. I began my next journey with ABA. Working with kids who had autism. This is when I knew that I was passionate with children. This wasn’t a job to me anymore this is something I loved. I truly enjoy working with children and being able to make a positive difference in there life. As I like to say it takes a village to make impact for the better in children’s life. I can confidently say that my parents that I have worked with say they see the passion, love, and joy that I bring to there kids life. Working with kids who have autism takes a lot of patience and positive energy for the children. I know I bring that to the table! My parents are 100% satisfied and wanted me to permanently be there children child care provider. ABA is such an amazing and positive program for children. In ABA you create a different learning for children, helping them to succeed in the way they learn. We would help parents with the education needed, support needed, and guidance to succeed. I hope I can make a difference in your kids life!
