Hi there, I’m Leah! I am an adventurous, patient, and creative explorer that would be honored to be a nurturing addition to your family! Following my graduation from Northern Arizona University in 2022, I have been what I have deemed a “traveling nanny”. I have lived in and explored several different cities across the US in my super cute RV, all while putting my extensive childcare experience to use by providing short term care to some super amazing families! Most recently, I was a part-time nanny to 2 amazing families based in California. Half of my day I spent providing care to the sweetest one year old, and the other half of the day hanging out with a creative and kind 9 year old after he got out of school! My childcare experience ranges from providing in home care, to teaching environmental education in Massachusetts schools, to being a full Read more time summer camp nurse in Montana, to leading high school trail crews across Wyoming. I truly pride myself in my diverse skill set that allows me to connect with children of all ages and backgrounds. While my most recent “traveling nanny” positions have been with infants and toddlers, I also feel incredibly comfortable providing care for the older kiddos as well. In addition to my childcare experience, I love cooking, being outside, and finding wonder in the mundane. Plus, I’m a clean freak and would absolutely love to fold your laundry and clean your kitchen…no, seriously! I will be in the Nashville area until next summer, and would absolutely love to get to know you and your family while I’m here! I look forward to hearing from you, please let me know if you would like a full copy of my resume and a few references.
