I've always loved being around children and was lucky enough to start working as a babysitter in my freshman year of college for a family in Santa Barbara. I took care of two boys age 5 and 8 for about two years. My duties consisted of picking them up from school, making lunch and dinner, preparing their lunch for the next day, overnights, light cleaning around the house, helping them with homework, showering, and taking them to their after school activities. Children bring me so much joy and I'm hoping that Sittercity will help me connect with families where my help is needed.
