Hi y’all! I’m Mackenzie. I have been working with children ages 1-13 for the last 6 years. I have done just about every child care job under the Sun! I have been a summer camp counselor, nanny, YMCA Supervisor, YMCA Lead Teacher, and I have over 100 volunteer/internship hours in public school classrooms pre-k to 3rd grade! I also have a year of experience with ABA therapy and am a licensed BT (behavior technician). Some of my certs include: -BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbra with a minor in education -12 plus early child hood education credits! -Registered Behavior Technician (worked with kids on the autism spectrum ages 4-6) implementing the BCBAs skill acquisition programs and Behavior intervention plans. -Certified Crisis Counselor for victims of COVID-19 and the mental health problems it may have brought on -I am comfortable working in stressful conditions, being an RBT taught me patience, Read more tolerance, and love! I am 24 years old, lost my crisis counseling job because of an injury and I am now looking to get back to work! I am willing to cook, clean, give rides, and I am super flexible when it comes to hours (can work overnights if need be.) I may be 24 but I am not afraid to be goofy, fun, get down on the floor and be a kid myself. I’m hands on and love to be creative/take the kids outdoors. Please contact me for my resume! -Mackenzie Olsen
