I was a medical assistant for 10 years and was employed with my doctors for 8 years (they closed down the practice and relocated to North Carolina). I'm taking some time off and would like to help with your childcare needs. I gained my experience through babysitting/ helped raising my niece. I took care of her for 5 years but due to extra help, I'm no longer needed. For the past 12 months, I had been a nanny/sitter to 7 families in Chicago. I'm reliable, flexible and available.

We were in the Sacramento area for a couple of days for a family reunion and needed a babysitter. Sophie was one of the babysitters who were available during the time I requested. She sent me screenshots of her enhanced background check, which really helped me to feel more comfortable leaving my 2-year-old to a babysitter while we're gone. She was good with our kid and did a good job following instructions. She was able to put our kid to sleep that evening all by herself following the routine we taught her so that we could have a night out. Will definitely contact her again when we visit again.
