I am college student studying to become a teacher. I love children of all ages and enjoying teaching them new things. I have nannied for an entire summer and babysat for many friends and family with children of various ages. Prior to covid I volunteered at my local church in the kindergarten/1st grade classroom and was the main youth leader. I was also an Avid tutor for 2 middle schools in Escondido for 7th and 8th grade. During Fall 2019-Spring 2020 I was studying abroad in Denmark learning about child development and education on how it is taught in Scandinavia. It was here that I babysat and taught English to 3 Danish children as well as working in 2 different schools. One Danish kindergarten with children ages 4-6 and a special education school K-10 with children ages 11-16 with varying degrees of autism and ADHD.
