Hello, my name is Shalymar and I am 28 years old I have 10 years experience as a babysitter/nanny, during which I was an after school sitter for three different families. I have experience with children from newborns to 9 yrs old. I also have a thorough background in early childhood development. I studied psychology at UCLA and my emphasis was child development. As well, I work at an early childhood program as a lead therapist for two and half years. There I gained a lot of knowledge in the areas of childhood development including social skills, behavior, and self-help skills. At the facility I also learned about the cognitive development of a child and different programs to help areas of development. As well, I have my own car, a clean driving record, and insurance. I am very loving, patient and outgoing and love having activities that children will find Read more entertaining and can learn from. Babysitting/being a nanny is something I love doing because everyday is different and new and it’s amazing being part of a child learning and growing as a person. I look forward to hearing from you.
