My name is Kimberly. I am a highly responsible, dependable, and adaptable nanny with an exemplary record of parent and child satisfaction. I am able to respond quickly and creatively to unusual or difficult childcare situations as I have had great hands-on training from my four (now adult) children and my 3 year old granddaughter. I have very flexible scheduling availability to include all days, evenings, and weekends. I also have extensive childcare experience as a parent, nanny, childcare worker, and Sunday school teacher. I have strong multitasking ability for handling up to six children (which included 6 month old twins) at one time! I am mature, but great fun, and exhibit extreme patience in handling difficult situations. I have outstanding skills, I keep things structured as much as possible, and I prefer to play games, read, do arts and crafts, and play make believe or “pretend play”. I always Read more encourage children, especially young ones, to use their senses and explore their world. As they develop, they will then begin to understand how things work, and as they grow they will use the knowledge to figure out why and how things happen. This allows for creative problem solving. I love to encourage imaginative play as opposed to screen time on tablets or tv when possible. I have medical experience, including performing first aid, and CPR, as well. I always help around the home, as I like to become “Part of the family”. My number one goal is always to make sure the children are cared for, nurtured, and loved, but mommy and daddy have everything so much easier if they come home to a neat, tidy, and well-kept home where they can relax instead of getting in the door and starting “job number 2” I have no issues with providing assistance with daily household activities, which includes running errands, shopping, doing the children’s laundry, helping fix meals, or tidying the house. I also love to cook, I’m pretty good at it! So meal prep and cooking are fine too! If my experience with children, and my philosophies that I’ve explained, are close to what you are looking for, I’d love to speak with you by phone, or do a FaceTime meeting or zoom meeting to get to know you better. Then I can understand what your specific needs are. And if my experience and skills fit your position, I’d love to schedule a face to face meeting. I hope to hear from you soon!
