Hi parents!! Let me start by introducing my self and a little bit of my background as a nanny/mothers helper.. My first job as a nanny was about 10 years ago, I started working as a part time nanny for a little boy that was 2 years old at the time,I worked for them for 2years until he went to kindergarten.My second family, I worked for a beautiful family of 2 little munchkins,one was 2 and the other one was just 3 weeks old at the time.i worked for them for 3 years they actually moved to London and that was one of the hardest thing I have ever done because I was so attach and had made a strong bond with the entire family.being a nanny for me it's aboung having a bond with the child you take care of and the family as well,making them feel safe when Read more mommy is not around. My 3rd job was actually friends of the family that moved to London:)I worked for 2 years for them both kids were already a bit older then what I have worked for but it was so much fun to see them become confident on them self and to see them do big kids stuff:)they were 3&6 super fun and outgoing family.i have never been a nanny that keeps kids at home the entire day I love going out to the park and outings:) My 4th job was taking care of 2 little ones,i started when the little one was just 1 week old.so it' was hard to leave them but my husband and Moved to East Palo Alto and the commute to Palo Alto from my job is a little crazy with traffic so im looking for something closer to our new house,im looking to work a part time since I have always worked full time around 20hrs a week since I have always worked 40+ hrs a week.
