I am a college student pursuing a nursing degree. I have worked with children of all ages in various capacities. My experience includes caring for my 7 younger siblings, acting as a group leader for vacation Bible school sessions, and babysitting for various families. In regards to about my childcare philosophies, I like to encourage kids to be creative, curious, active, to be fair and kind, and to have a good sense of humor. I am a strong believer in character building in children and encouraging them not only to be successful academically, but also socially & ethically. I believe in firm but loving discipline & teaching children accountability for their actions.
