Energetic. Patient. Considerate. Kind. As the youngest in my family, I understand the feeling of always asking someone to play. A small part of me feels like that hasn't changed very much. When taking care of kids I make sure safe play is at the forefront without bypassing the need for kind discipline and solid agreements that feel good for all involved: guardians, babysitter, and children. My experience is rooted actively helping raise my two little girl cousins from when I was 10yrs old to 22 yrs old. Their toddler phase holds so many sweet memories for and was such a fun time for learning. At this point in my life, it's babysitting friend's children to give them a break when I visit in between my travels.
