My name is Megan and I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language pathology. The reason I chose this major was because I knew from childhood that I wanted to work with children for the rest of my life, and this major gave me opportunities to not only work with children, but to help children in need. The reason I love kids is because they are full of joy and every second of being around them, cries and all, is worth it. I have 6 years of experience working with children. This includes babysitting, tutoring in Math and Science, working as a behavioral therapist for children with special needs, and then becoming a Speech Therapist Assistant. I have attended up to 25 children at a time, running my own care program once a week, and providing educational and fun activities for children between the ages of Read more 0-15. I have a passion for working with children and I can't wait to have some of my own someday. Until then, I am happy to care for your children with love, protection, and to make every moment a teachable moment.
