Hi there, My name is Keira and I am looking for a full or part time nanny position. I recently left my live-in residential job at a home for women because I got married and moved to Carlsbad. I absolutely love working with kids and have experience providing holistic, trauma informed care while running a household. I am CPR (including infant) and First Aid certified (can provide proof upon request), and have a clean driving record as well as reliable and safe transportation. I have babysat for a variety of different families with kids age 0-10 on and off for the past decade, as well as assisted in running summer camps for elementary age kids. I also recently graduated summa cum laude from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in sociology - this degree allowed me to take a few child/family development classes. Keira is absolutely amazing with my almost 2-year-old son! Her patience, warmth, and creativity make every interaction joyful and engaging. She plays catch with him all the time, lighting up his face with laughter and excitement. Beyond her incredible bond with him, Keira is so trustworthy—I always feel completely at ease knowing my son is in her care. Her ability to keep him happy, active, and safe is truly special. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to care for and nurture my little one!
