I'm a 20 year old college student at Long Beach City College (transferring to Cal State Long Beach this August) who has a strong mind for education and leadership. I give back to my community by being highly involved on-campus as I work part-time as a student assistant in a main office under student equity; assisting new students who enroll into LBCC along with being a community leader for a cultural program focused on inclusion and equity. For background, I'm a woman who was born in a Baptist church, grown and raised in an A.M.E. church, giving me some experience with watching over and taking care of the fellow kids at young. I plan to come to you as I cannot host at my home unfortunately. I can provide my own food and transportation, but if you need me to make food for the kiddos, I can do that too! (I have a switch gaming console I can bring for entertainment) Also as mentioned, I have a flexible schedule since our school is only open Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm. I'm only allowed to work 20 hours there, so flexibility is my strong suite! My goal is to work with the parents and meet in the middle with both of our needs. I've never charged for babysitting before, I would just do favors for my parent's friends and receive gifts. I just put $20 to get my profile going, but pricing and pay can be flexible and discussed. I'm willing to meet parents before meeting the children if you'd like to run a background on me, see if you're comfortable with me, and I'm a fast learner if you need to show me anything to take care of your child. I'm also willing to show my social media pages as well for you to know me better. Whatever makes you comfortable, I'm here for it. I want everyone to have fun and be satisfied whilst I respect your home. As a college student, I've recently been financially challenged, and picking up a second job hasn't worked in my favor.
