My name is Amber and I have been working with children for the last ten years. I started off working in after school programs in the Bay Area and then transitioned into becoming a preschool teacher at the Family Jewish Community Center in Palo Alto. I worked at this facility for 4 years, also working with the school aged summer camp program where I was a head counselor. I moved to the central coast two years ago where I was a teacher at Mindbody's infant department, I now work for a private school in San Luis Obispo, where I teach Pre-k. Family, music and sports are a big part of who I am. I am always looking for new adventures and meeting new people. Working with children has taught me discipline and to never take myself too seriously. I have over 30 ECE units and I'm CPR certified. I love Read more working with kids because I get to be my goofy self and I always have to be ready for the unexpected. I am here to give children a loving and safe nurturing environment, where they can explore and learn new things every day.
