Hello Everyone! My name is Ashleigh Austin. I am new to Sitter City, but not to childcare. I have worked in childcare for seven years. I am CPR/ First Aid certified and have attended a few trainings pertaining to childcare. I have two Associates degrees, Psychology and Child Development. My long term goal is to become a child psychologist and work in a Children’s Hospital. My love for children has been sparked by my huge family. My mom has five siblings and my dad has four. Between being one of the oldest grandchildren and the oldest sister of four, caregiving was almost inevitable. In 2013, my family adopted two beautiful babies and they are the best thing that has ever happened to me. They have taught me so much about myself and why I want to do this for the rest of my life.
