Hello! My name is Desirie and I’m eagerly looking for an opportunity that will allow me to pursue my interests working with children and apply my years of experience. I started off as a sitter at age 13 and since then found that working with children is what I want to do. Since then I have mainly been a childcare provider and a volunteer teacher’s assistant at my own children’s elementary school. I enjoy putting together activities for the children to do throughout the day and being able to find new crafting ideas to allow them to use their imagination. I also like to hear about new activities the children would like to do and be able to organize those within reason. Being able to provide a stimulating and joyous environment for children is something I look forward to doing!
