I have an extensive history in childcare, I have been babysitting and nannying children of all ages since I was 11. Along with at-home childcare, I have also worked as a Youth Development Professional and an After School Teacher. Both positions consisted of planning and conducting programs/activities, such as arts and crafts, music, educational clubs & lessons, etc. Along with this I also worked with and tutored children, with subjects ranging from STEM to English and History, etc. I have also been a director of an afterschool program where I was in charge of 86 elementary students and 8 staff so I have a high level of experience in thinking both critically and creatively very quickly Read more and I can navigate and adapt to stressful situations. Along with my experience listed above, I have also taken multiple university college courses regarding psychology and development throughout infancy through adolescence.
