My name is Lillian Lucero, and I have dedicated my career to working with children in various capacities, combining my experience in childcare, behavioral therapy, and education to provide nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate care. With a strong background in both nannying and behavioral therapy, I bring a unique skill set that allows me to support children’s growth in all aspects—emotionally, socially, and cognitively. I have worked as a nanny and au pair, caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My time as an au pair in Spain gave me the opportunity to immerse myself in a different culture while developing essential skills in childcare, organization, and adaptability. I have also worked as a Child & Youth Program Assistant (CYPA) at MWR Fort Huachuca, where I created engaging lesson plans and activities that supported children's developmental milestones. In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring that I can respond to emergencies with confidence and efficiency. What I love most about nannying is the ability to create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
