Hi! My name is Erica, and I’m a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with a passion for helping children grow in safe, engaging, and nurturing environments. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including as a daycare classroom assistant and at the ASU Child Development Lab, where I supported early childhood education and development through hands-on learning and structured play. I also served as a swim instructor at the YMCA, teaching water safety and swim skills to children from infants up to school age. My experience extends into healthcare, where I worked as a transporter at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and as a patient care technician—roles that sharpened my attention to detail, safety, and compassion for children and families alike. In addition to my professional roles, I have years of babysitting experience and genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with the children I care for.
