Hi there! I'm Fathia, also known as Faith. I'm a passionate and dedicated caregiver with a deep love for working with children. From a young age, I've always been drawn to the world of childcare. There's something truly special about being a part of a child's growth and development, witnessing their unique personalities unfold, and helping them navigate the world around them. It's an incredible honor to play a role in shaping their early experiences and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive in. It's this passion that allowed me to assist with taking care of the children at my local church all throughout high school and inspire my career interest in pediatrics. When it comes to children, I have a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with them. I truly enjoy engaging with their imaginative minds, encouraging their creativity, and providing a positive and fun atmosphere. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their interests, the same way I was brought up! In addition to my experience and qualifications, I bring a sense of reliability, flexibility, and adaptability to every family I work with. I understand that each child is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual needs, interests, and routines. Whether it's organizing engaging activities, helping with homework, or simply being there to listen, I'm dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support. Outside of my role as a sitter, I enjoy art and music (I self-taught myself piano!). These activities allow me to stay energized, creative, and balanced, so I can bring my best self to the children I care for.
