Hello parents and caregivers! My name is Julia and I am super passionate about childcare and working with your little ones! With experience substitute teaching full time and babysitting for a year, my job is to make your job as a parent easier! With an emphasis on safe and age-appropriate childcare, I have successfully taken on little ones ranging from 6 months to 17 years old. I have incredible experience taking on multiple kids & am proficient in working with children with special needs (references can be provided!). I have experience as a former Preschool Teacher at Davis-Baker Preschool, in addition to working as a substitute at over four districts within the Clark County area. I feel more than confident in ensuring the safety of your children as well as nurturing the health of your families' needs - whatever they may be! Preferences: I currently live in the Hot Springs Read more area, but I am willing to commute to meet the needs of families! This means that gas money will be taken into account and I require a slightly higher price ($18/hr minimum) if more than 30mi away. Additionally, I try to have my weekends off (Fri-Sun). However, if a family is in emergent need, I am willing to be of assistance. Current Certifications & Licensure: - High School Diploma - B.A. in Psychology, Minor in Child & Family Dynamics - CPR training for infants & children - First aid training for infants & children - State-Issued Drivers License - Approved Background Check from Kelly Education

Julia has been watching my 1 year old daughter for about 6 months now. She is absolutely wonderful with Piper and Piper absolutely loves her, and she loves to teach Piper! If you need a sitter for your young child, I wholeheartedly recommend Julia!

Julia is the first sitter we have EVER used for our 7&9 year old boys. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was in every way. Kind, caring, loving, attentive, responds promptly. Exceeded all expectations. The boys asked if we could “just keep Julia and not have any other babysitters.” Day one, she paid full attention to the boys getting to know them. Very hands on and played all day with a variety of activities. Day two, I came home to them ecstatic to tell me how they helped Julia pick up and learned how to rinse their plates and put them in the dishwasher- something we had never done with them. She is a godsend. Almost didn’t want to write this review out of selfishness because we will 100% be only using Julia if possible! Momma’s- she’s a keeper!
