Growing up I always loved to help others, when I was 10 I started babysitting in Sitka, Alaska for some extra money for ice cream and candy (as kids do) to spend on myself and quickly realized I liked to babysit. I not only got to help others, but I got paid for it too. Soon after that I was babysitting for just about everyone my parents and grandparents knew until I was about 17. When I turned 17 a majority of my friends went on to have kids aswell in which I gained further experience and I would go on to babysit them, as well volunteering for my church’s daycare class with my grandmother, and working as a daycare teacher after I moved down here.
