Hi! My name is Michelle Barash and I am living in Highland Beach, FL. I am currently a University student in Nursing School. Growing up, I babysat for children of all ages that come from an array of backgrounds. I have spent multiple summers lifeguarding at a beach club on Long Island where I learned the importance and benefits of being adaptable. As an ocean lifeguard, I have efficiently dealt with life saving emergency situations. As a swim instructor, I have learned the importance of individualized learning and communication. I was a swim instructor for the Sands Day camp, I taught multiple groups of an array of ages how to swim. I have done nursing clinicals in Long Term Acute Care. I understand the importance of attentiveness, empathy, and safety. I hold certifications in Red Cross CPR, AED, Water Safety Instructor, and Ocean Lifeguarding.
