I am 21 years old, an older sister to seven younger siblings and a nursery (0-2 years) care worker at my church. I have been babysitting professionally for families in the church and otherwise since a teenager, and I have been a teacher for the children's church class (ages 3-8 years old) for several years. I love working with children very much; I love spending time with them and getting to know them and their personalities and interests. I respect each child's individuality, boundaries, and talents, and I always try to encourage them in their personal skills or interests.
