I am a mother of two beautiful little girls, age 4 and 5 years old! I started baby sitting my little sister when I was 14 years old and I continued to watch her until I was 18 years old. After I graduated high school I went on to join the US Navy where I became CPR and first aid certified ( 7 years ago), and I have been certified since. My husband and I had our first beautiful daughter in 2012 and our second daughter in 2013. I seperated from the Navy in October of 2014 and began Nursing school in 2015, during which time, whenever I didn't have school, generally 3-4 days a week I would home school my children. I believe that a loving home, with structure and consistency is key to helping children flourish in all aspects. After about 19 months in nursing school, I realized Read more that even it was not the occupation for me so I left Nursing school and transferred my major to Psychology. One of the main reasons I left nursing school was so that I could be the mother my children needed me to be. So here I am today 1 class away from finishing my degree and watching my two amazing children full time. My 5 year old will be starting Kindergarten in August at which time it will be just my youngest and me at home during the day, and our puppies too of course!
