My Wife and I Live in DC with a roommate it is a 4 BR home about 1800 Sq Foot town home with 4.5 baths.

However we likley would not need cleaning in the bedrooms, maybe 1 or 2 at times. And only 2 of the baths would need to be cleaned as well occasionally

Ideally, we are looking for the main living area to have a thorough clean and tidy. Depending on the timing we may be interested in having some laundry completed as well.
