Babysitter for Autistic children (3 kids but 2 have autism)

I have cancer and will need help occasionally with my 3 children (2 with special needs) while I am at a dr. appointment or running an errand.
I have 3 children and two of them have autism. Girl (age 10 with Autism, with minimal communication.), boy (age 8 with autism but have more verbal skills) and girl (typical 5 year old- no special needs).
Help with getting kids off the school bus in front of house and give kids a snack and watch them until a parent arrives home.
May need help somedays with getting them fed with dinner if I get stuck at doctor appoints due to radiation or complications from it.
