I am currently looking to work with families who are open to a nanny-share style care, with a two girls ages 3 and 1. During after school hours 3-5:30pm Three days a week. please include preference regarding having additional children when seeking my services. I am working part time as a nanny and part time as a License assistant at a day care. I have experience with children from infancy to pre-teen years. I have worked with children at a therapeutic facility, day care, and after school programs. I have experience working in residential facility engaging with children with behavioral issues and trauma. I am able to provide meal prep, as well as educational activities for learning development. My style of care consists of different approaches such as positive reinforcement, hands on learning, physical activity /development, and communication. Kanisha was great! She clearly has a lot of experience with kids. I felt very comforted by her questions about the kids routines and her making sure she knew every detail before we left the house.
