My husband and I (a gay couple) are looking for a full time nanny (either live in or live out) for our 4 month old baby boy. Primary duties include providing care for our son while we are at work. One of us usually works from home, so we are available if anything comes up. The baby is very sweet - he is happy and healthy and thrives on a schedule (naps and feeding).
