We are two filmmakers with an infant son. We moved to Bend from Brooklyn last year because we work remotely and wanted to spend our free time outside. We travel to the east coast and Europe pretty frequently for work, but when we're here in bend, we're in need of some extra hands around the house while one or both of us work from home.
Our baby is almost five months old, so his care is pretty straightforward right now - bottle feeding, reading, playing with him on his play mat (basically talking to him and handing him teethers), taking him on a walk in the stroller, putting him down for a nap, changing his diaper/clothes. We will soon start solids, but will know more about what that requires when the time comes.
We are located in NW Bend, a very walkable neighborhood. We both work remotely so at least one of us will be home while you're here, and the other at a cafe/library/on errands. We are looking for help for about four hours in the middle of the day so that one of us can work early hours and one of us can work afternoon/evening hours and you're here for the overlap.
