My wife and I are looking for sitters with availability for occasional date nights. I have a 2 year old daughter and a 4 year old son who is on the spectrum.
For these evening-nights, expectation would be just to simply just being with the children before bed. They are low maintenance in the evening-night hours. The usual is snack/dinner and screen time is fine. My son is very independent and to himself. My daughter however is the talker! Food/dinner/snack and night time prep will be provided beforehand to assure their routines are typical. Also - We have a well-behaved, social dog who will be taken care of and put away to limit responsibility!
