Looking for after school childcare for a soon-to-be five-year-old from 3-5pm. Looking for care five days per week Mon-Fri, but open to fewer. School ends 6/14/24 and I am looking for someone who is interested in resuming this aftercare schedule next year (school starts 9/5/24).

Also currently looking for occasional weekend childcare at our family's campground in Poland, Maine where there is plenty of outdoor play, including a lake for swimming and a playground.

Desired but not required: meal prep, cleaning, laundry, organization, errands.

I'm a nurse and work from my house located on the Portland/Falmouth border. I'll initially be available to assist with the transition and answer any questions you have; eventually there would be little-to-no contact from me while I work or run errands.

The ideal candidate is someone looking to be a part of our family long-term, has experience with kids, is self-motivated, engaging, and places a high value on kindness, respect, outdoor play and screen-free child-led learning and exploring.
