Have 2 kids age 3 and 7. Also have a dog. Grandparents will be home intermittently to assist. We work long variable hours so need someone flexible. Preferably close by. Kids are in school weekdays from 8-3 sometimes 4. But need structure afterschool.
Need help after school with homework and entertaining the kids. No driving initially but will need in the future. Car seats will be provided. Light meal prep. Sometimes help with bedtime routine. Light clean up.
Looking for someone local that is flexible. Has energy to be with kids and play as well as provide structure.
